The 2-Night Cornwall Coastal Spa Retreat Prize Draw (the “Prize Drawing”) is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. No third-party entries will be accepted. Arrivia Europe Ltd. Prize Pool and Selection of Winner:
1. Eligible entrants will be entered into a drawing for one prize, (“the Grand Prize”) which includes:

One consecutive 2-night stay in one room (Standard Room) at the 5 Star Grand Star Carbis Bay Hotel & Estate, St. Ives Cornwall and use of Carbis Bay Hotel Spa facilities during stay for up to two guests on a Room Only basis for travel to be taken within 12 Months from the date the prize is issued (subject to availability).
  2. One Five course à la carte dinner at the two AA-Rosette Sands restaurant on the first night.
2. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. The prize does not include any incidental or travel expenses.
3. The prize pool total value is up to GBP £700.
4. Actual odds of winning will be 1/X, where X is the total number of eligible entrants into this Prize Drawing.
5. Within 30 days after the Closing Date, The Grand Prizewinner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified within 30 days after Closing Date by email. The Grand Prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize remains unclaimed within a reasonable period or is declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn in ARRIVIA\'s sole discretion. Travel bookings made under this Prize Drawing are subject to Discover365’s General Terms & Conditions.
ARRIVIA will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to accept or use the prize.
ARRIVIA reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize(s) become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. None of the prizes are transferable.
